Preparing for global corrections
Andy, Global corrections
Issue for BPM.23L6.B1, should be removed for tonight.
Similar issue 10R4.B2 to be checked.
To be added to the templates:
on_o8 =0
on_a8 =0
Correcting beta only can give 5% beta-beating.
beta+Disp corr spoils beta and corrects disp very well.
Changing weight on dispersion affected beta correction for bad -> Check possible bug in correct.py
A way to mimic weigth is a two step correction phase first, disp after.
Using corrections from 80cm in 65cm works but degrages at 40cm. Computing corrections at 65cm quasi works for all points!
Not using IR1 and IR5 correctors not that good, worse than using same correction everywhere.
Used: MQY, MQT, MQTL, MQM

Large coupling observed in the IR but probably fake, BPMS.
In global corrs, systematic larger beta-beta in IR4 for B1, using a local corr with 10 and 11L4B1,
helps. to be checked in Andy's global corrs.

Creating model sets it active and now it is properly displayed.
The model could not be changed in global corrections!! Now fixed, it takes active model.
SVD clean in separate threads. Conversion still in the same thread for safety.

Octupoles are off.
MQT correction does not seem to be incorporated eventhough it seems at 1.0 everywhere, reason is that
it might not be properly generated.
Andy to check MQT in global correction as compared to local slopes found 2 weeks ago 11 May.
