SUMMARY • LHCOPN is in stable state. RAL will have a direct backup link to CERN around April 09. • Definition of links belonging to the LHCOPN: all T0-T1 links and all T1-T1links that can carry traffic to the T0. • Backup path test procedure discussed and agreed • USLHCnet and ESnet are strengthening the redundancy in their networks for FNAL and BNL • No agreement on BNL prefixes issues proposed solution. A technical meeting is needed. • E2ECU may improve. Until then it won't have a specific role. E2Emon is useful though. • Very good dinner: many thanks to Lars and Nordunet • Operation model: many progresses on procedures and LHCOPN TTS • MDM: collecting MoUs, implementation plan (14 weeks). Implementation started in 3 sites. Needs requirements. LHCOPN portal? Use certificates of the LHCOPN TTS. Management IP addresses must be globally reachable, measurement IP must be in the LHCOPN space. • Perfsonar PS: deployment is progressing well. The ISO can be used by anyone needing a quick perfsonar system. • Thanks to Lars And Nordunet for hosting the meeting ACTIONS • EdoardoM: update the LHCOPN documents with the definition • EdoardoM: update the backup path test procedure in twiki • DavidF: call for a meeting for BNL prefixes issue (include Atlas software experts) • GuillaumeC: ask for feedback on Operation Model. • All: provide feedback to GC • OperationWG: define implementation plan and timeline • OttoK: Follow the MDM deployment • OttoK: Coordinate WG to define requirements for the MDM • Next meeting? 15-16/1/09 in Berlin
