4. PM4 Deliverables
4.1 DNA2.2 Dissemination Roadmap
Action: Review deliverable. All comments from PMB members sent to Robert by 22.08.08.
Who: Olgerts does the first review, PMB the final.
When: Review to start no later than August 18, and to be completed and sent to PMB by 28.08.08
Status 19.08.08: Olgerts did first review (13.08.08).
Status 26.08.08: Input from Florida and Ake. The deliverable will be accepted and Robert will distribute a final version by Friday 29th.
4.2 DSA2.1 Report on the establishment and operation of CNCC and NNCCs, and BalticGrid IRT

Status 19.08.08: Mario to assign reviewer at today's (19.08.2008) SA1 meeting.

4.3 DJRA1.1 Performance analysis of sequential and parallel visualization in GRID environment

5. AOB
5.1 GridKa Summerschool
Action: Registration open, see gks08.fzk.de - Latvian SA3 representative needed.
Who: Katrina and Olgerts to update Hardi on who from Latvian is the SA3 representative and how this person is going to get trained and when.
When: Event is Sept 8-12
Status 19.08.08: Ongoing
Status 26.08.08: Latvia will send one participants, Olgerts to make sure this happens.
5.2 EGEE08 conference
NA2 applied and got two BG-II stands at the conference (one general, one demo). JRA preparing demo, also for future use
Ake mailed document (added to meeting minutes on web) summarizing all BG-II info on the event (who is going where and doing what).
Action: All to have a look at the agenda, and identify action points and what to attend. Later (at PMB) we'll distribute our presence at the event, to make sure to cover all of interest (and to make notes to inform the rest of the project).

5.4 Training in Minsk

Status 26.08.08: Uladzimir Anishchanka leading the Minsk part of the preparations. Decision: one (not two) full day tutorial. Need more than one lecturer.
5.5 Grid interop chapter

When: Deadline is Sept 29, we need a first idea of content from our side by next PMB. To decide who to do what.
Status 19.08.08: EVO meeting between Olgerts (leading), Bartek, Robert, Hardi and Mario to be decided and held a s a p.
Status 26.08.08: Olgerts and Ilmars to send a draft TOC to PMB by next PMB. Hardi and Mario to add comments input (so far only Bartek have sent anything to Olgerts)

5.7 Time sheets - URGENT

Dear all
This is a reminder to all of you who has not sent in any Timesheets. As before we MUST HAVE timesheets for all persons that are paid by the project and THEY SHOULD REACH ME WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE MONTH
We have to include the months worked in the quaterly reports and we can not send in empty time reports to the Commission.
I would also like to remind you that according to the CA you will receive the funds we have temporarily held here at KTH when we have received complete timesheets and cost statements for the first six months and not until then. We need one filled in excel sheet for each person and for each month stating which wp(s) the person has worked in, how many hours and a very short description of what the person has done. You need to file your own paper copy signed by the supervisor as well. If there is a EU audit (KTH had that for at least three projects last year) they will demand such documents and if you are not able to show them, you can be asked to pay the money back.
So far we have received the following timesheets:
