Description
Designs and technologies The physics and technologies of high energy linear colliders will be reviewed. Fundamental concepts of linear colliders will be introduced. They will be discussed in:
  1. the context of the Stanford Linear Collider where many ideas changed and new ones were developed in response to operational experience.
  2. the requirements for future linear colliders.
The different approaches for reaching ECM ~ 0.5 - multi-TeV energy scale will be examined with consideration given to the underlying accelerator physics and the accelerator technology.
