ATF minus applications NH Tropen Hotel, Maui Room

      NH Tropen Hotel, Maui Room

This is a session of the ATF which
is meant to discuss things of no interest
      to the application representatives

      • 09:30
service deployment inside the tomcat service container 1h
The issue is "how do we run several servlets or web services on the same host in the same servlet container". Both secure and insecure modes must be supported. WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP5 are all implied in this. WP6 is implied as well (if Cal isn't there, then the discussion should be postponed). Leanne will distribute a list of issues before the meeting.

outstanding issues with interfaces 1h 30m
A suggestion (please email if you have others): use this time for discussions between WPs to iron out any remaining discrepancies, vaguenesses, uncertainties about the interactions between various services. This is relevant to the clean-up session at 14.00.

Making arch document embody reality 1h
Go through UML diagrams in the arch doc and fix the ones which don't agree with what will actually be deployed. Things to worry about: - names of called interfaces - are ALL calls actually represented? Nothing should be assumed implicitly. - VOMS isn't there, what happens in its absence?

Implications of GLUE for TB 2 30m
We get a new schema in TB2.0. Some things we want to do (matchmaking) are only possible if the schema is properly constructed. Useful to discuss this as well as what possible influence we have if we find things missing. Things we already know about: - ETT - possible to change to have per-VO info? - CloseSE/CloseCE: how are they defined, can one send to a CE by specifying closeSE?

        ATF Process Improvement 30m
During (and since) the ATF meeting many issues have emerged, unexpectedly for most, regarding the accuracy of our TB2.0 documentation. How do we improve the ATF process so everyone is on the same page, and fewer things are overlooked?

        Long-Running Jobs Use Case 30m
If time permits, we could also go through a use case of long running jobs looking particularly at the renewal of proxy certificates and storage element pins. This is something we mentioned at the last meeting.
