UHE Neutrinos: Interactions, Detection and Possibilities

UHE Neutrinos, expected from various astrophysical sources, offer unique opportunities for particle physics. Several major experimental efforts are underway in order to detect these neutrinos resulting from some of the most energetic processes in the universe. We review the status of this field, with emphasis on the interactions, detection rates and physics possibilities of these neutrinos.
