Description
We critically review solar and atmospheric neutrino experiments and show that oscillations of three neutrinos with all squared mass splitting around 10-3 eV2 are not safely excluded by solar data and are perfectly compatible with atmospheric data. Atmospheric experiments are rather insensitive to 'solar' ne/nm oscillations, even if some characteristic small effect could become visible at SuperKamiokande with more statistics. This pattern of oscillations can be excluded by new solar experiments, or discovered at KamLand and studied with neutrino factories.
