Again this year HNF-Europe and CERN are organising their annual High Performance Networking Workshop at CERN in Geneva. Subjects include: High Performance Networking; Network Storage; Cluster Computing; Grid Computing. Highlights of this CERN Workshop will be reports and/or demonstrations on: 10-GE: Progress + first CERN demonstration of Ethernet at 10 Gigabits/sec. iSCSI: Bringing SCSI commands from the host to storage over a TCP/IP network. GSN: Gigabyte System Network, the first ANSI standard 10-Gigabit technology.
