Description
The CERN RD50 Collaboration is developing radiation hard semiconductor devices for future high luminosity colliders with special focus on developments for the Super-LHC. The Workshop addresses the various scientific strategies to improve the radiation hardness of tracking detectors, like defect engineered semiconductor materials or new detector structures. A detailed program is given on the Workshop home page.
