Description
This is a half-day induction to the EGEE project for those who already have experience and understanding of the EDG middleware and infrastructure. It is the first run of this course.

Different facets of the EGEE project will be presented, with an emphasis on major deliverables and major interdependencies between activities.

Outcomes:
Participants will gain:
  1. Understanding of the goals, context and structure of the EGEE project
  2. Awareness of current project procedures and tools
Trainers will gain feedback to enhance future courses of this type.

Prerequisites: Familiarity with Grid and EDG concepts.
