The workshop usually publishes the proceedings within one month of the conference. Oral and poster contributors are requested to deliver their written papers at the time of the workshop or, by arrangement, shortly after by uploading files to this agenda. All authors of poster papers are requested to attend to finalise arrangements for mounting posters. Location to be announced.

4. Poster contributions

Standard US-sized foam boards will be available for afixing posters. The dimensions of the boards will be 40 x 30 inches (1016mm x 762mm), with the larger dimension in the vertical direction. If needed authors may request the use of two poster boards. In this case they should make their request as soon as possible to Sandra Claude (lecc.workshop@cern.ch) with copy to John Oliver...
