13:00 → 13:20 Moving CICs into an operational role

It has become clear that the CICs need to take over the role of operational centre (and particularly problem tracking/resolution) as quickly as possible. Ian would like to see this happen by 1 October 2004. We need to discuss and agree on how to achieve this. My suggestion would be that each CIC takes on the role for a week at a time and that during the week there is one named person from that CIC who is responsible for problem management (tracking, etc.).
