Description
GOAL:
The purpose of this meeting is to review the feedback from the live Q&A sessions and the reviewers' report from the EGEE EU Review.
ATTENDANCE:
Each activity leader should attend and invite other relevant people from their activity. The room capacity is 100.
People should send an email to Marie-Laure Bourgeois-Schutz to register and indicate if they need a CERN access card.

A phone conference has been organised for those people that cannot attend in person. Conference Call number: +41 22 767 70 00. Ask for "EGEE All-Activity meeting" (with Bob Jones). Please inform Marie-Laure if you intend to connect by phone.

SCHEDULE: This will be 2 half day event.
For each slot, the activity manager will make a presentation including the following points:
- Address main comments related to your activity from the EU Review Q&A Note (attached to this agenda page) and the reviewers' recommendation (as stated in their report).
- Present your 15 Months Plan, focusing on the changes required from the original TA and the Q&A Note
- List all deliverables/milestones till end of the project clarifying purpose/contents when not obvious and highlighting what they believe to be key deliverables/milestones
Note: The timing includes question time, therefore please do not fill it with PowerPoint poisoning ;-)
