This meeting will concentrate on the proposed organisation of the EGEE HEP applications activity. This will be coupled to the work in the ARDA project. Following an overview of the aims of the Applications activity in EGEE, and in particular those of HEP applications, we will discuss the current status and aims of the ARDA project and how NA4 HEP applications will work together with ARDA and the experiments.
