Description
User Support Goals for the workshop
- Report on what has been done and the current plans for 2005-2006;
- Get feedback from those involved in delivering the service;
- Integration with other systems, in particular OSG;
- Supporting Service Challenges (LHC and Biomed);
- Involvement of support groups (such as ROCs in TPM).
