User Support Goals for the workshop

  • Report on what has been done and the current plans for 2005-2006;
  • Get feedback from those involved in delivering the service;
  • Integration with other systems, in particular OSG;
  • Supporting Service Challenges (LHC and Biomed);
  • Involvement of support groups (such as ROCs in TPM).
