In addition, ALICE reported VOMS proxy problems when using LCG-RBs and certain LCG- CEs. When using the CEs via an WMS, no problems are observed. There seem to be still more RBs than WMSs out there. Could you please encourage the sites to be a bit more aggressive with the move to the WMS. It is easier to operate, more stable, just plain and simple.
      Speaker: Nicholas Thackray (CERN)
    • 11:20 11:30
      AOB
      1. QR2 and partner reports getting closer
      2. Dates and topics for next meetings: EGI, 14th October
      3. In the coming days, two new services will be added to SAM production: LFC_L(ocal) and LFC_C(entral). The associated tests will be made critical so that history can be viewed in the SAM portal, but they will be ignored for availability calculations, and COD alarms will be supressed. At some stage in the future, and after suitable notifications, they will replace the existing LFC sensor. The new tests avoid trying to write to read-only LFCs, and include an lfc-ping test on which the others are dependent, plus other optimisations.
