Description
This is the first RAT/GSVG meeting. The main aim is to establish a Risk Assessment Strategy, and define which type of issues carry what risk. The aim is to also suggest a Target Date for each type of Risk. Other GSVG matters may also be discussed.
    • Introduction

      Linda Cornwall will make a brief presentation on why we are here, how we might proceed this afternoon, and everyone will introduce themselves.

    • First Risk Assessments

      We go through the 6 issues that people have been trying out, particularly where assessments differ.

    • Coffee
    • Most and least worrying issues.

      Pick out issues people think are most and least worrying, and why. This can include hypothetical issues, or an issue in the database.

    • Setting Target Dates

      Discussion on what TD to associated with what types of risks and situations.
