From DECH (backup: Asia Pacific & UK/I) to France (backup: South East)
Since 17th the dash board does not provide information about GGUS tickets.
On 18th the tickets are shown again but could not be edited.
So we (COD-DECH) leave quite some ticket for the next crew.
The release of the latest update to gLite 3.0 (update 3.0.2) will take place today. Careful attention should be paid to the "Known Issues" section of the release notes as there are manual workarounds needed for the configuration of the WMS and FTS services (through YAIM)

Issues to discuss from reports25m
Reports were not received from:
ROCs: Russia, SouthEast
Sites:
VOs: BioMed, ATLAS, CMS
1) Still no success in getting a gLite CE to work properly... (NorthEurope ROC)
2) Is the status of the glite-CEs taken into account for the Tier-1 site Availability calculation? (SouthWest ROC)
3) Is it possible to get the history of SAM tests for a given service from 2 months ago? With the current interface I can only get the history data back N days from today, and it seems there is a limit in the number of rows one can query. (SouthWest ROC)
4) The RAL SE will be down on Wednesday 23rd August. This has been announced via EGEE Broadcast (but given previous experience of the message not reaching the right people is relevant for this meeting). (RAL)
5) We would like more documentation to explain how the SFT tool works (site selection process, which RB is used etc.) since it is a factor delaying our certification of new sites. (RAL)
