Here is the proposed agenda: - Make sure the Partner Metrics will be fully implemented for Q2 o Each QAR should propose a plan to achieve this goal - How to organise the follow-up of quality goals described in the Quality Plan: (see below) ? - EGEE Conference preparation o Tuesday 26/09/06 – 16:00 -> 17:30 Coordination meeting between EGEE, ETICS, OMII-EU to provide common QA procedures and tools across Grid community o Wednesday 27/09/06 – 11:00->12:30 and 14:00->15:30 This session is dedicated to the presentation of concrete experiences and benefits of the implementation of Quality standards such us ITIL, CMMi, ISO. Speakers from : Serono, Sun, CS SI, Engineering o Friday 29/09/06 – 9:00 -> 10:00 Quality Group meeting Quality goals described in section 4.1 of the Quality Plan: - Reliable o Middleware components fail, error reporting must be improved - Robust o Must continue to address service aspects – move away from prototypes - Usable o It is still hard to use for many users; still too slow to introduce new VOs - Acceptable o It must be easy to deploy in a wide variety of environments and coexist with other grid infrastructures - Sustainable o The infrastructure must become sustainable for the long term
