1) What are the rates seen between sites
2) What are the limiting factors for the rates (any DPM/dCache issues)
3) Why are some sustained transfers suffering with lower average bandwidth
4) What should we do to improve performance
5) Should wider site tests be postponed if the reference sites themselves are struggling to sustain throughput?
