start of the meeting: 10:00h
10-12:30h: first discussion slot focusing on:
- quick introduction
- round table on possible new partners and respective possible contributions
- quick check on ‘old’ partners (aiming for a quick introduction for possible new partners, comments on contributions if changed, other details in old proposal)
- partner documents required for the new call
- detailed discussion on previous proposal (feedback, lessions learned)
12:30 – 13:30h: quick lunch-break (sandwiches/drinks will be provided at CERN)
13:30-15:30h: second discussion slot focusing on:
- individual partner proposals on how to best address the reviewers’ feedback
- other steps to be taken (e.g, proposal iteration with consultant)
- general parts to be updated, aligned -> training, events, etc.
- RADSAGA proposal planning (to be ready BEFORE xMas)
end of the meeting: 15h:30h
