This conference will cover the following areas: LHC Physics, Neutrinos and Dark matter, Accelerator Physics, and Spin Physics with Polarized Beams and Targets. With this conference, Bogazici University Physics Department wants to honor Professor Engin Arik and her colleagues, whom we lost at a plane accident last year. A prominent Turkish experimental particle physicist, Arik was a member of the ATLAS and CAST collaborations and a faculty member of the Bogazici University Physics Department. There will be plenary talks in the mornings and contributed talks in the afternoons. Currently we are expecting abstracts for the Contributed Talk Sessions.
