This will be reviewed in January by the AMB and revised during this session - i.e. how will the allocated EGI.org staff resources be spent? What cannot be done by those resources? There will be three groups: * Consolidation of NGI tasks (SA1, SA2, NA3). Note JRA1/NA4/NA1/SA3 tasks central or specialised. Output: Tasks to be done by NGI, Tasks to be done by EGI.org, Tasks where it is still not clear. * Review of Development, Certification, Pre-Deployment Tasks (JRA1, SA3). Output: Tasks to be done by EGI.org, Tasks to be done by the middleware team, Tasks where it is still not clear. * Review of Organisational tasks (NA1, NA2, NA4). Output: Tasks to be done by EGI.org, Tasks to be done by the NGI. Tasks where it is still not clear.
