Agenda: 1. With respect to the new Authorization Service that will be able to distribute policies. eg. VO to site. Therefore the SCG should recommend the default for local or remote policies. This should include the specification of which default local/remote policies will be needed and their relative precedence. This is so that the most common deployment scenario(s) are covered by default settings and administrators of small sites won't need to carry out complex configurations. 2.
