BI/TB on SPS LSS1/LSS5, AD/ELENA CCC and OAF review

1) SPS LSS1/LSS5 layout proposals for LS2:
- Likely all BBLR can be removed (cooling cables included) by LS2 (H, Schmickler to confirm with ABP)
- Integrated and prompt dose values downstream of QD519 to be confirmed (E. Carlier with SC/RP)
- Question about aperture for Fast/DC BCTs on girder (inverse Fast and DC?) (OP-SPS to confirm if needed)
- Detailed planning for dismantling and cabling work to be done similar to what was done in LSS1 during LS1 (J. Coupard)
- SRR documents expected released in EDMS before Easter 2016
- BI (PM/BL) to look into optimal positions for beam size measurement systems (G. Trad et al)
- BI to refurbish TFD tank and monitors
- General cost estimates to be produced before end of 2016 (Rhodri and SLs)
2) AD/ELENA CCC system:
- Issue with on-line B-train normalisation prevents current->intensity (charges)
- RF by-pass optimisations to be made (M. Wendt proposes to help)
- Main issue with cryo-cooler - delays could mean no measurements during 2016 (J. Tan to present at IEFC)
3) Python based BOAF:
- Application has been developed to ease data retrieval
- Very limited use seen in BI so propose to delay further developments (parallel tools being developed in BI sections?)
- Regular updates during BI-TB meetings (JJ Gras) with strange/interesting observations
- BI-day presentation proposed (B. Kolad)
4) PS BCW cabling
- New layouts proposed - needs agreement from BE-OP-PS and BE-RF
- EDMS document proposed describing the situation and evolution
