Matcher updated to be able to match many optics at the same time with any constraints.
Beta* and alpha* can be given as a constraint in segment-by-segment.
For the example case without BPM noise it works, however at low betas there were some
cases where it failed. -> To be studied and extended to beta-from-amplitude.
Tobias asks for extra displays on beta* and waist after corrections on the GUI

Would Ion correction work for 40cm ? No.... -> Need new corrections

Tobias suggests to compare phase errors instead of corrections to show that 2012
and 2015 local corrections are incompatible.

Lukas, ballistic local errors
Q5 0.7% and 0.4% lower str right and left. both for IP1 and IP5.
Only triplets cannot correct the observed errors.
Offsets in BPMs, 4mm in Q1. Next year we should measure with orbit offsets.
