The main purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposal from Mainz and Bonn for a German grant to study polarisation issues for linear colliders.
The proposal has two components
1. Development of precision polarization measurements techniques building on their existing hardware.
2. Installing a postdoc paid by the Universities at either CERN or DESY to work on Linear Collider polarization issues.
We shall discuss how the Bonn/Mainz proposal can be made compatible with the CLIC needs.
