How to apply
To apply, please fill in the Registration Form and upload Application_form with participant's and his or her supervisor's signature. No CERN account is required.
Participation
The School is open only to graduate students and Post-Docs who are involved in the experiments that GSDC supports. The number of participants is limited to 30.
Participation to the school is for the entire programme. It is not possible to register or participate at one theme only.
Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in the Grand Hotel Busan in shared double twin room with private bathrooms (i.e. they will share the double+single room with three schoolmates).
Language
The language of the School is Korean.
Meals
All meals are provided to the student. The first meal will be the dinner on Monday 1 February evening and the last one will be lunch on Thursday 4th of February 2015.
Participants should note that lunch on Monday 1 February 2015 is not provided, only the dinner is.
It will not be possible to accommodate special dietary restrictions.
Travel arrangements
Participants should arrive to the Grand Hotel Busan for on-site registration during the morning before 13:00 of Monday, 1 February 2015.
The school does not organize travel tickets for participants.
Application
Candidates should ensure that they have they completed the Web Registration Form and uploaded a signed application form from their professor or supervisor is uploaded on the registration site by 5pm in 27th of January 2015 at the latest.
Selection of participants
The number of participants is limited to 30. The selection of the participants will be made by the order of the arrival of application form by 5pm in 27th of January 2015.
Replacement
In all cases of withdrawal or cancellation, whether last-minute or otherwise, the choice of a replacement, if any, will lie entirely with the School organizer and not with the laboratory or institute where the withdrawing participant works.
