Oral Presentation Guidelines
In an oral session, total duration including questions/answers is 15 minutes for each contributed talk and up to 25 minutes for each invited speaker. Please see the final program for actual presentation schedules. Presenters are requested to be presented in the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the start of their session. Your presentation can be uploaded on the computer in the presentation room (both PDF and PPT/PPTX file formats).
Poster Presentation Guidelines
In a poster session, presenters need to stand by their posters during the sessions to discuss research and development with the audience and to gain feedback as well as to establish potential contacts. Your assigned poster board will be marked with your Abstract ID. Please feel free to approach the help desk for assistance. Please prepare the poster size with A0 paper size (84.10 cm width x 118.90 cm height) with portrait orientation.
