    Tobias, Global beta* correction strategies

    Target average at quadrupoles (insntead of beta* and alfa*), needs output from K-mod code.

    Tasks:

    -Add magnets in full response.... To think more... Maybe add 2 markers/IP -> Or just the BPMs!!!!!!!

    -beta from amp: switch to read a different file. By default switch should be on calibrated beta

    -Testing, weights

    weitghts are in the GUI as a list of number separated by commas.

    K-modulation: no problem seen in the K-mod GUI.... We cannot check that the fix works...

    We need a workaround: 

    -first display K in the GUI

    -If K is not there import Ks from on-line model, directly trough the API? Timber?
