Discussion of two requests for community building funds.

• Invitation of some of the ERC contacts to UF4.
• Grids Meet Autonomic Computing will be held in Barcelena in June. On behalf of the PC, I (Cécile Germain) apply for community funding in order to fund some of the expenses of the workhop, typically the renting of the extra room required for the workshop plus some communication material. Of course, if EGEE grants this request, it will be acknowledged at the workshop.
