      Introduction 5m
      • IT Service Status board and announcements to 'the Grid' 5m
The IT Service Status board is used for a wide range of announcements: don't drink the water to CASTOR down (for example).

Some of these have signficant implications to Grid users outside CERN and should therefore be announced accordingly.

There is the possibility to inform people by mail of new postings, who could then decide whether the information is relevant for people outside. (e.g. GMOD, SMOD).

      • Schedule for reinstallation of service nodes 10m
      • Status of Oracle cached cursor syndrome and affected applications 10m
      • WLCG MoU Targets & Service Implications 15m
The WLCG MoU defines the maximum delay in responding to operational problems (service interruption; degradation >50%; degradation >20%), as well as the average availability measured on an annual basis.

However, these are for 'raw data recording', 'distribution of data to Tier1 centres during accelerator operation' etc, which obviously depend on multiple services.

We should agree which services map to the corresponding 'WLCG service' and understand how the targets could be met and corresponding requirements.

This would then lead to a paper to the IT Physics Service Meeting and / or WLCG MB.
