Thibaut noted:

- Firmware being finalised : New memory map - week 19

- All hardware components have been received: Next steps

     - Test in SPS of the analogue board - Week 19/20

     - Cabling, mounting and testing FEs : week 21

     - Moving VFC/patch panel : Week 21 

- Lab setup for software development to be done asap : possibly by end of the week 19

- Plan for Tunnel Installation :

     - FIP installation to be checked

     - Main installation in TAG41 and test in tunnel : Week 22

     - TS2: Week 23 finalised installation in TT41 : Impact to be done

- Next meeting in two weeks: 24th of May 2016

     - Results from SPS tests

     - Hardware and software status and readiness for installation

     - Commissioning plans 

Lars noted:

- Tunnel installation well advanced (Joel to check for WorldFIP and WBTN as last resort)

- Expect a realistic test bench in the lab before the end of the week

- New version of VFC firmware expected tomorrow (several changes ...)

- Another meeting to be planned in two weeks with results from SPS and Lab (+commissioning?)

- Juan recommends finding the maximum in the sigma signal and using a fixed number of samples on the delta from this
