Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
Surrounded by some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world, the conference center is nestled deep within Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location provides an inspiring environment to enjoy for formal and informal discussions. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is known for year-round adventures. In February, spectacular skiing awaits at the Lake Louise Ski Area with beautiful terrain that is both vast and varied (over 4200 skiable acres, one of the largest ski areas in North America). Alpine skiing is just one of many ways to enjoy the spectacular scenery, with ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, sleigh rides, dog-sledding, ice climbing, and just plain walking on the spectacular frozen lake among the numerous others.

Single Occupancy: $288 CAD/night + tax and service charges (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on conference meal plan)
Double Occupancy: $199 CAD/night per person + tax and service charges (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on conference meal plan)
If you wish to extend your stay either before or after the workshop you may do so in your initial booking in the link above. Please note that the above rates only apply during the workshop.
All bookings received before Nov 30th, 2016 will be entered into a draw; seven participants will each receive a certificate covering the cost of one free room night (accommodation only, not meals) and can be used to extend your stay if desired.
Transportation
The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is easily reached by shuttle service or rental car from Calgary International Airport. Detailed information can be found on the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise's website. The conference rate for self parking is $15 CAD/day. Please note that self-parking rate will appear as $30/day when you make your reservation, but the $15/day contracted rate will apply at the time of payment.
