Ana, Beta from Amplitude 

Cases with no kick on one plane, to be compared to the normal way of measuring.

Calibration changes with acquisition but it is because beta from phase changes.

To take as reference the good beta from phase (average from many files).

For next measurements take more data at different amplitudes.

 

 

Jaime, HL-LHC coupling

slices seem to use physically the same element -> To be checked.

 

 

Felix, k-mod and RDTs

IP8 now could be included by default in global corrs.

Kmod measurements is loaded at the same level as GetLLM in the GUI.

Action increasing with the other plane kick strength, why?

Is there a jump of f4000 at IP8????

Ewen, Non-linear plans

MOF required error to explain 800 units Q'' is about 1 Amp (5% of nominal 2016 powering ~20A).

All orbit effects are negligible.

Per found an error in MQX injection multipoles (on the non-allowed) -> To be followed

MOs do not give 2nd order amp det.

IR non-linear scans. IP5 discrepancy: Non-common b4? data?

Best fit for amp dep: IP5-left 60%  IP5-right 50% still with poor agreement with feeddown data.

The only way to get the octupole part of the feeddown is fitting errors in Q1 Q2 Q3 and D1.

-LSA Optics extraction can be added as a library in our GUI -> Piotr and Jaime

Andy, AC dipole issues

The effect is not visible in the AC dipole waveform data, single signal...
