Andreas, beta from amp, Andrea's new formula

In LHC Andrea's formula works beautifully.

Quadrupole longitudinal misalignments spoil a bit the formula's result as expected from +k -K effect on the edges -> to be included.

Revalidation of optics:

discussion on requests for on-line model: How to call the on-line model? options? xsing angle? tunes? b3?

Lukas did the xsing angle by hand in the model.

coupling measurement not available ->  How low is coupling in LHC?

Good beta-beating, need comparison to commissioning data.

Tobias: larger error bar in horizontal, why? 

NDX relative agreement very good.

New input for SVD clean, needs S location of new BPM. Default behaviour.

We should not clean a file twice!!!!!!

New option of SVD clean, remove close orbit.

 

Driven Oscillations in 3D:

Chromaticity should be 0 (is 1 unit ok?).

variation of beta-beating with starting turn number for the analysis.

Need to pot the phase to diagnose BPMs.

Difference plots are needed.

Some 100% error bars still there -> check.

Better comparisons are needed: beta from amp cal/non cal Vs model Vs K-mod.
