DPM 1.9 can be configured in two flavours: the "legacy" (the default, using the legacy components) and the "advanced" one, which enables the advanced features of the Disk Operations Management Engine (DOME). In this contribution we have a look at where DOME is placed in the architecture, how to configure it, how to enable it, how to pass from the DPM legacy flavour to the advanced one and back.
