Finalization of the proposal for demonstrations to give at the EU Review.
Candidate EU Review demonstrations (in UF4 contribution order):
Criteria to consider when ranking candidate demonstrations:
- Scientific or technological impact of subject
- Broad interest and/or applicability in the subject
- Novelty of the presentation (a couple reviewers and commission members will have see all/most of the EGEE review demos)
- Visual appeal of subject and presentation
- Engaging speaker with ability to clearly convey subject
- Capability to cast the entire project (not necessarily just NA4) in a good light
- Actual or perceived willingness of the presenter(s) to commit time for preparations in the coming months and to physically travel to the meeting.
In addition the AMB also expressed a desire for 1 'internal' (linked to EGEE cluster) and 1 'external' (typically from an external project) demonstration. They also expressed a desire to show something that makes it clear that EGEE is accessible/usable to individual researchers, rather than just large teams/collaborations.

- Each NA4 SC member at the meeting will have one ballot and all ballots will count equally.
- The values for each demo will be totalled.
- The demos will be ranked from lowest (most desired) to highest (least desired) totals.
- In the event of a tie, Cal's ranking will break it.
