ATLAS plan on Transition from SRM to GridFTP

Action items:

1. For various reasons, we will first work with site whose GridFTP support adler32, sites that only need one GridFTP,  non-Storm sites, and non-T1 (due to tape). 

2. will use GGUS to collect gridftp endpoint info from site (Wei)

3. JSON space reporting function is ready in RUCIO. Will use it but will also monitoring the info collection frequency (to make sure it won't generate unnecessary load at sites) (Tomas)

4. Load the info to AGIS (but first choose a dCache/DPM/Xrootd/posix site to try it out), and document the procedure (Tomas, Wei)

5. HPC site: will use file size to valid transfer. Adler32 will be checked by pilot for inputs and for staging out. Two questions

5.1. will FTS (and perhaps RUCIO) supports using credential "a" to authenticate with site A, and credential "b" to authenticate with site B? Needs to check with FTS developers (Doug, Wei)

5.2. it may not be possible to store ALCF x509 proxy in RUCIO. If so, do we need to modify the work flow to make ALCF fully automatic? (Doug).
