ROC update

There is a useful timeline given by the T1 for the new building move: http://www.gridpp.rl.ac.uk/blog/2009/05/14/schedulemovenewbuilding/
From the EGEE ops meeting:
Nothing much this week. A reminder to check on the upcoming release details https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/OpsMeetingGliteReleases.
From the site reports:
Lancaster: error in the libraries called by lcg-cp. Turned out to be a 64bit/32 bit compatibiltiy problem solved by reinstalling the rpms. See https://gus.fzk.de/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=48637
Bristol: gpfs performance problems on hpc
RAL T1: [08/05/09 00:01 to 13/05/09 12:00]The host will be unavailable due to reinstallation and reconfiguring. These will be lengthy downtimes due to the need to drain the CE. Downtime extended as problems encountered as a result of reconfiguration. (Extended by an hour - overrun due to failure of a disk in a mirrored pair.)
and a comment: There were some problems with certificates on disk servers but it doesn t appear to have affected anything.
IC-HEP: [13/05/09 14:06 to 14/05/09 10:11]There are problems with the server which supports the home space and experimental software space.
Manchester: [12/05/09 13:20 to 15/05/09 00:04]Unstable. Failed on SRM operation. Remote pnfs system is slow responding. Need to be investigated.
Birmingham: epgce2 was withdrawn as a CE some weeks ago. It is not one of our CEs in our GOCDB entry, and no longer is advertised as a CE by our BDII. So SAM tests on epgce2 as a CE should no longer be taking place. It continues as our site BDII.
