What
The stage will be focused on poomsae techniques.
The workshop consists on a single block.
The training will be held by Pascal Norek: 5 dan master, National level champion.
How
The stage is open to everybody with a fee for the organization of the event:
Single block : 10 chf
Also teenagers are allowed to participate to the training. The rules in this case are:
- The parents must provide proof of insurance.
- One of the parents (or a major person designated as responsible) must attend the session with the child.
- Their parents must sign the disclaimer.
Don't forget some water and your smile for the "HAPPY TIMES!"

Registration before the 14th of September, through the registration field.

- Print the confirmation email you will receive
- Show it (together with a photgraphic ID) to the guard at entrance B
- Bring the "disclaimer" form signed
