    * submitted incomplete poster last time
        * now we can make it better
        * Saba will take care of the 
    * major concern
        * fill in the missing sections in the poster
        * have to wait for results
    * requests by the conference
        * conference needs final poster uploaded by October 10th
        * and they want an extended abstract (800 words) ➜ Saba will take care of this as well
        * release form
        * Saba will add all the authors, everyone who is not registered on the SC site will get email invitation
    * Request to the team
        * look at the current poster and be ready to discuss improvement next week
        * Saba will post the PDF to the slack channel
    * Saba wants to prepare a demo for the DOE booth
        * Need to decide what would be a good demo at the booth
        * Best is life demo at NERSC
        * JimP: ask me about remote plotting

* NERSC workflow
    * a little bit behind
    * will make time up, will have results for NERSC and HDF5 by the deadlines

* Deadline for grace-hopper conference is October 22nd
    * No proceedings, just presentation

* Matteo and Bo will update the google docs write-up by next week

* metrics
    * Matteo working on the ROOT code, still needs to be finished
    * Planning to do the measurements next Tuesday, September 20, together with Nhan, JimP, Cristina and Matteo
    * Are we going to move the ROOT code to Princeton? Yes, and the analysis should be ROOT 6 ➜ Matteo will confirm
