In the last few years, there have been important progresses which uncovered the intimate relation between Weinberg's soft theorem, the asymptotic symmetry, and the memory effect. This structure can be widely seen in different gauge theories and provides various implications in QED, BH physics, and also in cosmology. We will have a discussion session on this subject to talk about what has been shown so far and what can be done from now on.
