I think it might be a good idea for us to cease concentration on the Debian 4.0 glite-UI even though it builds to 94% currently. With the introduction of ETICS Client 1.4.7-1 currently under test, we will have the required libdir change to give up installation of libraries into /opt/glite/lib for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms (leaving SL5 unaffected). Both Adrian and I will install the experimental client at our sites to sort out an Debian 5.0 related issues. The client is said to be stable, but requiring Mac OS X related fixes.
