        - The most important event of the week was the JRA2 - SA1 interaction meeting hold in CERN on the 13th May. The main objective of the meeting had been to clarify all the terms of the multinode deployment test and to have a common understanding of the whole process. (A base scenario of the SZTAKI's Desktop Grid project was taken as an example to go through the process. The meeting was successful, we agreed on the process, on the modifications to be done on existing systems. JRA2 will provide a revised version of the "output xml" until to the end of May.) - We also agreed on the integration of the new plugin registration process into the existing one. Proposals for seamless integration will be provided soon by JRA2. The document will be delivered next week. - DSA2 contribution and Q5 (quarterly report) contributions are in progress. They will be sent as soon as possible. - Technical work was on multinode deployment example. (Info for Isabel: working on the ETICS2 description to be added to the 4D SOFT's official web page. Next week we'll have the updated version of it.)

ETICS USIS (User Satisfaction Improvement Strategy) 5m
Improving user satisfaction about usage of the ETICS services is critical. ETICS is often perceived as slow and difficult to use. This is due to a number of factors: 1) Need for technical improvements in speed and usability 2) Disinformation or third-party rumours 3) General resistance to adopt 'procedures' We need to understand what to focus on and have a plan to address this issue as a combination of technical enhancements, training and dissemination. Where to start?
