    · No comments on the Minutes of the two preceding Meeting: MINUTES ACCEPTED

    · KNUD Presentation on “Quench or Not” the IPQ-IPD and Triplets:
    (Refer to Slides).
    After the presentation a short discussion showed that nobody see specific reasons to quench by purpose the magnets to qualify the QPS modifications.
    · NURIA on shift planning for MP3 members:
    (Refer to planning in Nuria’s Public Folder)
    Planning is close to be frozen. Other modification should be after agreed between members.
    Some comments (Karl-Hubert) about best duration (in days) of a shift. For different reasons (n. of available person, training needs of new members, etc) it seems better to stay on 1 week duration while work is only required in normal hours.
    · KNUD (replacing Gert not invited by mistake) on request of early powering test on RB circuit for S.2-3
    (Refer to slides).
    - Discussion followed:
    - Bob: we expect to test dI/dt up to 10 A/s and not liming to 2-3 A/s.
    - Antonio: be aware of consequences on tunnel activities in nearest Sector if we want test RB circuits even at very low current.
    - General comment: TEST will be done on a Saturday or anyway during a weekend.

    · Antonio on Powering Procedures Status.
    (Refer to slides).
    Antonio showed the status of the different (9 in total) Procedures at different status of approval.
    ACTION: Matteo or Antonio: to add a column with EDMS N. for the new procedures.
    · AOB:
    - CALORIMETRY: Measurement analysis is being followed by a team leaded by J. Strait MQT13 case: analysis is being followed by another team leaded by S. Le Naour. Nothing to report yet.
    - Proposal to move the weekly MP3 Meeting:
    2 dates retained for the moment:
    o On WEDNESDAY at 10:00
    o On THURSDAY at 14:00
    o On FRIDAY at 16:00
    Meetings should be hold at Prevessin site
    ACTION Jean-Philippe: to check for room and consult MP3 Members for decision/agreement
