CERN has a well developed system for prevention of accidents which includes accident investigation reports. The objective of my research is to study social aspects of the safe behaviour at workplace which is substantial but a missing element in official accident analyses. It is expected to understand and to describe the optimal conditions for the safe environment at work taking into consideration the detrimental influence of organizational demography and employees’ integration into the CERN community in relation to Safety behaviour, response to Safety training and accident prevention. The impact of diversity and inclusion on occupational Safety will be studied with data collected through the survey and interviews which will be an essential source for the analysis of safety at work trends.
