Experiments with low energy muons might deliver important information concerning Standard Model and possible New Physics beyond. Small but aiming at very high precision these experiments have to face stringent requirements concerning rate, timing and space resolution. Based on literature review of some PSI experiments will be presented with particular emphasis on future Mu3e experiment which is aiming at BR(mu –>3e) limit as low as 10 ^-16
