4. Reliability/Availability metrics
The Wiki page was created to put together with the various site/ROC comments concerning sites that are below the SLA targets: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/EGEE/MonthlyAvailability
But still comments should be send as a replay on a GGUS ticket created by Malgorzata Krakowian.

Till now sites which has both Availability "AND" Reliability below the SLA target were chased (ava < 70%, rel < 75%). Because the SLA stipulates that both conditions must be met, it will be used "OR" from now on.
